The Dini Memorial Fund

The Dini Memorial Fund was created in memory of a beloved patient who passed too soon. In her memory’s honor, the clinic has established a fund to provide services to pets in need of urgent care whose owners would not otherwise be able to afford the cost of veterinary services. Cases chosen are based on need and a medical evaluation by our doctors. Contact us for more information about the Dini Memorial Fund.

Our Clinic’s Policies

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delays are inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

Late Policy

To keep appointments running smoothly, please arrive on time. If you are requesting curbside service, your pet must be at the clinic and you must be reachable by phone within ten minutes of your appointment time. If you are ten or more minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that we can only offer street parking, though we do reimburse up to $8 if you park in a garage and show us your receipt.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Visa. In addition, we also now accept Care Credit. We can help you apply during your visit, or you may apply online for a Care Credit card in advance to see if you qualify.

Discounts Offered

Active military personnel, seniors, and teachers are eligible for a 10% discount.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the hospital hours?

Our hospital is open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Fridays from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. On Saturdays, we are open from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm and we are closed on Sundays.

Our doctors do not have “on-call” hours. If you have an issue after normal business hours please contact one of the local emergency hospitals.

Saturdays: between 1 pm-4 pm we stay open so that our clients may have extra time to pick up and drop off pets, and purchase medications and food. There is not a doctor on the premises or reachable after 1 pm. Our front desk and technician staff will be happy to offer advice. If your situation is urgent they will recommend that you contact an emergency hospital.

Do I need to have an appointment?

Our practice operates on an appointment basis for regular consultations. However, we understand that emergencies are unforeseeable.  If your pet needs to be seen right away, we will do our best to accommodate existing patients without a prior appointment. We kindly ask that you contact us in advance if possible, as we want to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible care. Please note that we cannot guarantee immediate assistance for walk-in emergencies.

What if I am running late for my appointment?

To keep appointments running smoothly, please arrive on time for your appointment. While we are conducting appointments via curbside service, you must be at the clinic and reachable by phone within 10 minutes of your appointment time. If you are 10 or more minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind that we can only offer street parking, though we do reimburse up to $8 if you park in a garage and show us your receipt.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Visa. In addition, we also now accept Care Credit. We can help you apply during your visit, or you may apply online for a Care Credit card in advance to see if you qualify.

Can I make payments?

While we do not have payment plans available, we encourage clients to apply for CareCredit if they wish to make payments in installments.

Do you offer any discounts?
